Is it really an LXL? What does the first L stand for? the XL probably stands for existing light.
But what of the first L?
Is this a sound camera or a silent camera.
the 255 is strange to me also. The 25 could mean the telephoto aspect of the camera lens, but what about the final five?
Most Super-8 cameras seem to have a rhyme or reason to their name, but this one I cannot figure out.

It's realy an LXL!
Sankyo SUPER LXL 255 MACRO is write on case of the cam...
Sorry for the signification of letters...but I don't realy know this kind of stock.
IT's a silent camera
U can watch the link some post up to know more..
The LXL 125 is like LXL 255 to some fonction near...
